“Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution” Course for RA Advocates School

The Advocates School of the Republic of Armenia has retained the Center for Excellence in Negotiation – Yerevan to conduct the “Negotiation and Arbitration” Course for its 64-member cohort of aspiring lawyers. The course spans principled negotiation and partisan perceptions to arbitration rules and best practice.

The first workshop, held on Saturday, January 12, at the AUA Manoogian Hall, framed negotiation as a collaborative process (instead of a competitive one) and introduced the concept of principled negotiation through a divorce case study of a competitive one) and introduced the concept of principled negotiation through a divorce case study.
